A Photo Fish Fun Frame
You’ll need:
A Styrofoam tray, coloured tissue paper, any photograph, glue stick, and varnish.
What to do:
1)      Draw the fish on the tray and cut it out. The fish should be a little smaller than the photograph you want to frame.
2)      Cut different-coloured tissue paper into little pieces.
3)      Use a glue stick. Glue the pieces of tissue paper to the tray so that they overlap a little.
4)      Cover the fish cut out, which will serve as the frame’s stand.
5)      After you have covered the frame and the fish, varnish both.
6)      Let the pieces dry, then glue the fish cut out to the back and use it to hold up the frame.
7)      Attach the photo to the back of the frame with sellotape. Pretty fish, isn’t it?

A strong earthquake struck the troubled northeastern region of Japan, prompting a tsunami warning. The earthquake, measuring 6.5 on the Richter Scale, was pinpointed to 50 miles east of Oshika peninsula in Miyagi prefecture, an area still recovering from the devastation of the March 11 earthquake and tsunami.
Following the new earthquake, the Japanese authorities issued a 20 inch tsunami warning for the Pacific coastal region which was later lifted, with no reports of immediate casualties or further damage.
Japan's weather agency said that the strong tremor was believed to be the latest in a string of aftershocks to hit the region following the massive earthquake just over two weeks ago.

VIVAnews - Two districts in Papua of eastern Indonesia, Aradide and Ekadide, was hit by flash flood from Aga and Eka rivers as a result of heavy rainfalls.

"13 people are killed during the incident while six others have managed to survive. 728 homes are devastated," said Director of Abepura Hospital, Aloysius Giai, on Friday. Giai said the disaster had been taken place between 7 and 26 March. The survivors were found on the downstream Aga River.

Ship Sinks – All Rescued
Penang, Sat. The holiday cruise ship; Sun Vista sank in the Straits of Malacca yesterday after its engine caught fire. The ship was on its way to Singapore from Thailand. All the 461 passengers and 632 crew members were rescued.
The fire started in the engine room at about 2.00 p.m. The passengers were moved to the open upper decks for safety.
Some passengers song My Heart Will Go On while black smoke was billowing from the engine room.
